• 0.025% solution with hypochlorous acid as a preservative. Water, Sodium Chloride, Hypochlorous Acid.

  • Under the supervision of a healthcare professional, PhaseOne Antimicrobial Solution is intended for cleansing and removal of foreign material, and debris from wounds, cleaning minor cuts, minor burns, superficial abrasions, and minor irritations of the skin, as well as moistening absorbent wound dressings. It is also intended for moistening and debriding acute and chronic dermal lesions, such as stage I-IV pressure ulcers, stasis ulcers, diabetic foot ulcers, post-surgical wounds, first and second-degree burns, as well as grafted and donor sites.

  • Use solution to irrigate and debride wounds, devices, and peri-wound tissue. To moisten wounds and dressings, apply solution to the wound and wound dressings and cover the wound bed. To keep dressings moist, apply as needed.

  • 1 . Use PhaseOne Antimicrobial Solution to rinse the wound during and after the procedure.

    2 . If the application of a pre-soaked dressing is not possible due to wound type or location, pour PhaseOne directly onto the wound to flush or flood the wound for the required contact time.

  • After completion of skin closure, PhaseOne may be sprayed on the incision prior to applying a bandage.

  • PhaseOne Antimicrobial Solution is to be used only as directed by a physician. It should not be used to treat any condition other than that for which it is prescribed. Do not use if seal is missing. Use only if solution is clear and container and seal are intact. NOT FOR INJECTION. KEEP AWAY FROM CHILDREN.

  • For an unopened bottle refer to the expiration date on the bottle label. Use product within 28 days of opening.

  • Store with cap closed after each use in its original container. Store at 59-77°F (15-25°C), and away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Do not allow to freeze.

  • Non-toxic and safe to the environment. No special disposal considerations required.
